Les Mills BODYPUMP is a total body strength workout that will shape and tone all major muscle groups, increase core strength, improve bone health, and leave you feeling strong and fit.

Boot Camp Class offers multiple levels of intensity, designed to build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness using a circuit-based format with different stations. Each station focuses on every muscle group by using different exercises to achieve a full-body workout.

Fridays: 5:30 PM

Full-Body HIIT class combines cardio, strength training, and core exercises to provide a balanced workout. Designed for all fitness levels, the class incorporates dynamic movements that elevate heart rate while building muscle endurance. Modifications are offered to ensure that beginners and advanced athletes alike can challenge themselves at their own pace.

Power-Up Strength Class works around targeting different muscle groups using various exercises and sets to maximize gains and ensure balanced development.

These classes will include cardiovascular exercises, chair yoga, stretching techniques, weight lifting, pilates exercises, and meditation. Exercise at your pace and develop stability, increase balance, muscle, and cardiovascular health.

Zumba classes combine Latin and international music and dance to create a dynamic calorie-burning workout for people of all fitness levels and age groups.

Get a full-body workout in just 30 minutes! Train a different muscle group for 45 seconds, then rest 45 seconds in between each station. Our trainers motivate you and change the workouts each week. This class is offered multiple times in the morning and evening throughout the week.
