Owner

I am the owner of 52 Fitness, and I’ve had the privilege of running this location for the past 25 years. My passion for fitness began when I realized the impact exercise had on my own physical and mental well-being, which inspired me to turn my love for fitness into a career. I am the creator of 30nDone, a unique 30-minute full-body endurance training program designed to maximize results in a short amount of time. I also hold certifications in Bosu Balance Training, Battle Ropes, Boot Camp, and am a certified Personal Trainer.

What I enjoy most about training is motivating individuals and groups to achieve their personal fitness goals and exceed their own expectations. Seeing people transform physically and mentally through consistent effort and dedication is what drives me every day.

Group Fitness Manager

With 34 years in the fitness industry, I’m grateful to lead an outstanding team as the group fitness manager at 52-Fitness. Thanks to our incredible staff, our group fitness program is one of the best, and I love helping members reach their goals. One of my favorite classes to teach is my Full-Body HIIT class, which allows members to work out at their own fitness level with a perfect blend of cardio and strength training.

I’ve been in the Fitness Industry for 8 years and have been an employee and trainer here at 52 Fitness for 5+ years. My favorite thing about class is motivating others and encouraging them to do their best. I also enjoy the intensity of the classes and the challenging exercises. Exercises change weekly but my favorite exercise of class is the Medicine Ball Slams.

I  just started teaching Dance Fusion and Zumba this year and it has been absolutely amazing!
I love seeing people having fun and teaching the various styles of different genres that I offer like Salsa and Bachata. My favorite part about teaching is that I am able to teach our members these different styles and see their progress each class.

I started here at 52 Fitness almost 3 years ago. I am an instructor for our 30nDone and Boot Camp classes and my favorite exercise to teach is ropes! I love helping people become the best versions of themselves. Our members are awesome and it’s amazing to see the impact I have on their training.

I  have been teaching Zumba regularly for the past 5-6 years.My favorite music and dance style is Brazilian Funk and my favorite part about being an instructor is seeing people have fun and feeding off their energy!

I have been teaching yoga for the last 8 years and started teaching at 52 Fitness in 2018. My favorite yoga move is downward facing dog and I love forming friendships with my students and guiding them through their yoga practice to help them achieve a peaceful state of mind and their fitness goals.

Power Up Instructor

I’ve been teaching fitness classes for 16 years. My favorite classes to teach are HIIT classes or anything that combines cardio and weights. Plank rows and push-ups are my favorite exercises since they utilize so many muscles at the same time. My favorite part of teaching is seeing improvement in people. I love to see them getting stronger and more confident. My hope is to help them achieve a healthier lifestyle.

I have been teaching BodyPump for 14 years and I enjoy seeing the smiles on peoples faces when they get done completing a workout!  My favorite move in class is the bicep curl as it targets the bicep along with engaging the abs!

Carly believes that yoga is for every BODY, regardless of age, shape, or experience. A Putnam County native, she has spent over a decade practicing yoga. After completing her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Shanti in 2023, Carly began teaching to share yoga’s transformative power with others. Carly is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and using yoga to inspire positive and change in others’ lives. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, Carly is excited to guide you on your journey.
